Cortland has been an exceptional experience for me and I've never been happier with an apartment complex. The location, the professionalism, the easy access to staff and facility benefits are wonderful. Cortland on Blake is truly a special place and I plan on staying for quite some time. I'm usually nomadic and leave a place after a year; I don't plan on that with Cortland. The surrounding environment and coffee shops and pastry shops are fantastic, as well as the immediate neighborhood. Truly,... a hidden gem of a homeplace to live. Very grateful for Cortland on Blake and all their staff.

Great when we first moved in. A year later the building is falling apart. Dirty. No AC at all this summer. Cortland as a company doesn’t care about the staff that works in the building and doesn’t care about resident experience. Not management fault. I see them constantly working hard trying to clean and fix things but Cortland chooses to short staff the building and the building is way too big for a single office person and two maintainer staff.

Customer service from front desk staff has been good but apartment has had several issues during my lease.These include leaks, pest issues and overflow from pipes. I would not recommend this apartment.
