This apartment has a lot of potential if the staff listened to our complaints. Mailbox has been broken into multiple times. After giving them many suggestions like cameras or a gate installed, no action has been taken after many months of us waiting. Place is always sketchy after hours. Cars are littered on the main street, most appear to be non functioning. Lack of security, high rent and unresponsive leasing staff. Would not recommend.

My experience at Cortland on Cherry Creek has been very positive! When I toured the apartment originally, Miranda was super kind and patient with me even though I was late to our scheduled time. The day we moved in, we noticed a small leak in our bathroom and maintenance was in the door within 15 minutes and solved the problem for us. This kind of service has been consistently provided through our year here. There are a lot of families here and the kids like to play outside (which is awesome to... see!), so it can get noisy on occasion, but it's really not bad - more of a warning to anyone who wants quiet only. I would recommend living here to anyone!

The cleanliness of the landscape in general is great, the building however could use a bit more work. Our building specifically has a lot of stains and trash around the stairs and outside or apartment doors. That is the only improvement I would suggest.
