Great Place to Live 1140 Colorado Blvd. Gran View Towers

I have been living at the Grand View Towers for almost a year. Since my first day moving in, Tammi, the Apartment Manager, has been professional, and so down to earth! Being a single woman, I have always been cautious of where I live. At the Grand View Towers, I feel very safe! It is a secured building, with underground parking so I know my car is also secure from both theft and weather! It feels great walking out to a car early in the morning and have to scrape snow :)
Every morning, the... maintenance crew is working hard cleaning, and restoring any things that are not cosmetically appealing.
The reason why I felt compelled to write my experience in living at the Grand View Towers, is that I feel "at home", although I do not own this property, I feel safe, and at ease that if anything goes wrong, Tammi and her crew will help in any way!
