Great location, cool neighbors

I have lived here for a couple of years now and I have noticed genuine improvement. Leasing staff is nice and resolved some of my prior concerns

Don’t move here

I would highly recommend you not move here. Save yourself a headache later and try one of the other apartments nearby that actually has amenities and isn’t just out to take all the money they can from you. We lived here for two years. Management has been very difficult to contact and maintenance takes weeks to fix issues in the apartment. Our neighbors apartment was flooded and the floors were ruined, the water seeped through to the garage where we had boxes stored. They were ignored for over a... week until we reported the issue ourselves. They only care about the condition of the apartment when you move out and they see an opportunity to take money from you. They will make up things to charge you for, like sneaking in an extra day of rent hoping you don’t notice and just pay your balance. When we spoke to management about it they said they didn’t have time to argue about it and hung up on us. We had an absolutely horrible experience living here.
