A fantastic place to live
I lived here for 2 years in a 500sqft studio, the building is kept in immaculate condition. During my time here Gabe was the superintendent of the building. He was extremely friendly, always available to help and said hello every time we passed in the hall. The building is a few blocks from the A line train allowing you to zip one stop down to the grocery store which was wonderful, there's a 7-11 behind it for midnight pizza needs and a wonderful coffee shop IN the building. Be forewarned though... Himchuli on the corner has really good lunch specials and its a challenge not to eat there every day and there's a Chinese food place in walking distance with $5 entrees XD
The second floor has polished concrete floors which is super trendy and the water pressure is great too. The neighborhood is nice and quiet but being only one stop on the train from downtown you can still enjoy all the entertainment.
