Falling apart

Reporting Botnick Realty to the city of Denver today. There’s zero security here with homeless people always on property, the maintenance person is lazy, often making the issue worst and the elevator has been broken for more than a month now just to name a few. They don’t care here. Don’t live here.

“Demand for Payment” Notice Posted on Every Door

On June 4, 2024, my husband and I returned home to find a “Demand for Payment” posted on our door stating “if we do not pay $0 by June 7, we will receive a 50 dollar late fee.” We already paid our rent on June 1, which we have been doing so the past three years without ever being late.

When we shared our concerns with the new office manager downstairs, (who was nice about the situation) he shared that everyone in the building received this notice but he did not know why or how however the...
office has yet to even acknowledge its mistake and/or take accountability.

We loved this place year one. Year two, we noticed a lot of younger kids moving in who do not take care of the building. Leaving empty cans of beer in our community garden and leaving our roof with a beautiful view full of trash. They also removed our beloved library months ago with the plan of replacing it with a “rec room” which has remained empty only for homeless people to slew in.

Which leads to our third year living here, whereby there have been consistent security issues with countless homeless people found sleeping upstairs, lobby and the stairwells. The building does not have a security guard full time but only one that is a contractor that only walks through the building once at night for less than 30 minutes.

Unfortunately, year three will be our last year as it only is getting worst. We recommend searching elsewhere for a home.

We Do Not Recommend 1/4/2020

People smoke on their balcony’s so get ready to become a second hand smoker. Plus they smoke in the stairways. Dog crap consistently in the elevators. Dog pee at every entrance if not in the building. Ignorant management who remind my partner and I of that one substitute teacher no one liked back in HS because they took their job too seriously and are always “by the book” even when it is just common sense. We do not recommend!

Homeless Shelter

If you like paying high prices for tiny spaces, plus the bonus of having to share with homeless people...then this is the place for you.

No care taken for tenants and rent prices keep rising.
