Horrible management
I was all set to move in, or so I thought. I was approved, but when moving day came, I heard NOTHING from the leasing agent. I texted & called all day with NO response until finally she answered her phone at 5:30pm! With no news except that the lease I was supposed to sign was WRONG. She supposedly fixed it but turns out it was right to begin with. Then, I could not access the online lease to sign. She told me she would take her work phone home “to assist me,” since it was so late & I was... supposed to move in that night. I did not move in, she did not “assist” me with accessing the lease to sign, and I continued to try & reach her, into the next day. NO RESPONSE until around 1pm, when she gaslit me, & lied to me, saying she “doesn’t answer her phone after business hours” even though she specifically told me she was taking it home to “assist me!” Absolutely ZERO accountability, and ZERO instruction about how the whole process would go! At this point I was over it and no longer wanted to move in. Luckily I did not have to leave my current home right away. Others might not be so lucky & could end up spending tons of $ at hotels or end up homeless waiting for these yahoos!
