My hot water heater went out, suddenly. The management got someone over to install a new one very quickly. I'm very grateful to live in a community where the management really cares about its tenants.

Velo is a very nice place to live. The staff are always helpful and pleasant to work with. The rent is reasonable and their payment system has boosted my credit score, which is nice. I enjoy living at Velo, very much!
