Very expensive for very little benefit. I guess it’s just the nature of the Durango market but for the price I feel we should have access to some amenities (pool, gym, etc.)

Confluence at Three Springs, in Durango is a good place to live. There is a great community, everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Confluence is quiet and a good place for animal people due to the nice trails for walks!
