Great service from maintenance team.

Really pleased by the help we got from Mr. Estèvan and his team. Blinds got repaired very quickly and look like new. He even stayed overtime to get all the required parts and communicated with all details. Thanks!

Need to give them a shot.

Great property

I have been living here for over a year and just want to say it s been getting a lot better! In the beginning of the year it was a bit rough due to management changing but they are super nice and very caring, I went in for a maintenance request and even maintenance greeted us as we walked in. Great staff!

Feeling at home

From the moment we decided to move back to Colorado the Rails at Inverness was our first choice. The office staff was amazing and accommodating in every way. Lindsey, Holly and Amanda were awesome. They made the transition flawless. It really makes a difference when you feel welcomed. I have lived in many apartments but the office staff here really made my mind up for our choice in a new home. I would recommend The Rails at Inverness to anyone!

Very Nice!

I've lived at several apartment complexes over the past couple years and Ballantyne is easily my favorite. GREAT location with easy access to the light rail (7-10 minute walk), the units have a homey/feng shui layout, and the units are energy efficient keeping utility bills low.

Workout facility has everything you need to get a good workout in. Pool stays open year round (heated) and the hot tub bubbles warmly. Minor stuff but worth mentioning.

Happy to say that the maintenance staff here is...
amazing. First off, I've only had minor
maintenance requests when I first moved in but they were taken care of quickly. Secondly,
the maintenance dudes were professional and the fixes they made were professional - not shoddy or resembling a 'quick fix'.

The office staff/management team are always friendly and helpful. Anytime I've reached
out to them they've answered my questions and offered solutions if there was a problem.
More importantly, they want to help and it's a huge benefit when you find a place where
the staff genuinely cares.

To sum it up --
Ballantyne is a great place to live. My apartment feels like home and that's all that matters when it comes down to it.
