The Phenix At Infinity Park

Over the last several years, this property has declined so much! They stopped caring about the residents that lived here already and just starting letting multiple people move into their 1 bedroom units. And by multiple, I mean like 5-6 in one unit. The result, LOUD parties all the time, the parking lot is always a cluster of autoshop repairs and loud music. Glendale PD is at the property multiple times a week and sometimes in the same night. This place is unruly. Safety is not enforced. My car was broken into and attempted to be stolen in the first 3 weeks of me living here. I was later accosted by someone in the parking lot at night, clearly very drunk and meandering. I've had to call the cops to remove loud gatherings in the lot. And when a tenant was murdered on the property, staff did not notify everyone. I had to learn this by seeing it on the news. DONT LEASE HERE, PLEASE. Constant break ins, a recent partnership with Wyatt’s Towing (just look up Wyatt’s on Google if you don’t know why that says a lot about the property), constant car break ins and thefts (none of the cameras actually work so they won’t provide police with footage when you file a report to help your investigation), heat doesn’t work even in the dead of winter, water is regularly shut off or just no hot water at all, lots of extra charges on top of your rent (even though… you will be paying Xcel and Internet separately), no amenities or elevator, property manager will not help you.…I could go on and on.
