Well designed, well made, well cared for, caring staff including excellent maintenance staff. It’s a big property but it doesn’t feel like one. So close to C470 and to local shopping. We all have porches that are far superior than the ones on other rental places in the area. We are very grateful to have landed here for the last several years and hope it will be possible to continue on.

My wife and I have been residents at Creekside Apartments for over a year and we are enjoying calling this home. Staff is friendly and attentive, the community atmosphere is pleasant and quiet. This is generally a wonderful place to live. The location, style of the homes, maintenance support could not be better. The amenities are terrific. Wonderful neighbors. The rent is getting expensive, (this year in particular). So hoping it will level off again soon as my plan is to stay. A key improvement would be better care of the landscaping in a few areas.
