On the main floor is a coat closet next to the galley kitchen with granite counter top and a full size roll-out product cabinet. The living room and dining room are separated by a clear door which means it’s great for privacy for those who work from home. Out the new sliding doors (which have inbetween the glass blinds) is a small back yard, half of which is a patio that has a huge shade tree growing in the middle of it. Half of the patio is covered so that with the shade makes a great hangout space in the heat of summer. There is a small, maintenance-free yard and well as three waist-high raised gardens.
