3. Rental Conditions

- Rental Insurance: Liability coverage up to $100,000 and coverage for personal property.
- Pets: up to 2 dogs (no breed or size restrictions) or 2 cats. No birds, reptiles, or other pets allowed.
- Smoking: No smoking inside or around property.
4. Rental Terms
- Deposit: 1.5x rent ($3675) due upon lease signing.
- Monthly Rent: $2450 due on the 1st of each month through automatic payments. First month's rent due at lease signing.
- Pet Deposit: refundable $200 per pet
