About 11 9th Ave Apartments

For rent i have a downstairs apartment in my house. Your space is completely separate from mine and is complete with a kitchen, bathroom, large living room/dining room, and bedroom w/ egress window. Living room has engineered hardwood floors while... the kitchen and bathroom have LVP. The bedroom is carpeted. As this is a basement apartment, the ceilings are a little low. I am 6'1" and don't have much issue. You will have 1 off-street parking spot. Unfortunately this apartment is down stairs, so it is not wheelchair accessible.

The house has a very nice secluded back yard complete with fire pit and string lights that will be shared. It is located in beautiful East Old Town Longmont within walking distance to downtown Longmont (Main Street), and just a few blocks away from Collyer Park and Clark Centennial Park. It is an absolutely amazing community that i am so fortunate to be a part of, and i'm sure you will enjoy it just as much!

If you are interested in renting the space, lets set up a time to meet, see the space, and then i will send you an application with background check and ask for references including past landlords.

Security deposit of 1 month's rent and 1st months rent needed at time of move in. Utilities not included. All utility cost (Gas, Electric, Water, Wifi, Trash) to be split evenly, approximately $110-200 per month with winter months more expensive with gas costs.
