Railway Flats Apartments

Railway Flats is an amazing place to live. The staff is very professional, kind, welcoming and helpful. The amenities are top-tier and the gym is very nice. There’s a lot of machines and equipment that I appreciate and utilize. My apartment was very clean on move in day. I love the layout and the appliances.

Leasing an apartment here was one of the easiest experiences I’ve had.

My husband and I moved into the apartment complex in July of 2023 and we transferred into a 2 bedroom unit in August of 2024. We highly recommend becoming a resident! Krista, Marlene, Lanae, Nathan, and Jesse always exceed our expectations. Most of the tenants here are friendly and we have built life long friends by living here!

Krista has been very helpful in the entire apartment process. She was able to answer any questions I had prior to scheduling a tour. And the tour was so easy! She has always been very patient and eager to help, which I love and appreciate. Thank you!

This property takes advantage of their customers by charging various fees every month. These fees aren’t clear to the customer prior to moving in. Please expect at least 100-200$ extra per month on your monthly bill from the complex, not including utilities that you pay separately. The customer service is terrible from the workers in the office. They never answer questions correctly and they blame it on “ new management”. Please save your money and time.
