Rude staff and sprinklers problems

Who ever set up the irrigation has done a terrible job. They aren’t even focused on the grass but our apartment buildings door and the sidewalk instead. When leaving for work this morning my boyfriend, the dog, and I were soaked (this isn’t one sprinkler mind you). The sidewalk is completely underwater when leaving so you cannot walk on it and you can’t walk around because the sprinklers are coming from all directions. It’s unacceptable to go to a professional job with soaked shoes and pants... AND to pay for that. I called the apartment building and the woman told me she would speak to a manager about changing the power setting which doesn’t fix the problem, I don’t want to get wet period not simply “less wet,” and when I said I leave for work between 615-630 am her response was that “everybody is leaving for work at some point.” Unacceptable!!!! Hopefully leaving a negative review will change the situation because I will now be posting every time I’m inconvenienced by this.

Tennant

Today I needed to pay my utility bill, I was told that there had been a glitch? This required me to make a seperate trip to the office. I was greeted with a demand for my name, not how may I help you. I was told that the payment could only be made with a money order which should have been stated on the invoice. I made the trip and got the money order, came back and made the payment. Very rude office staff.
