We are a couple who is headed down in Costa Rica for the winter. We adore our home and wish for those who spend time here to love it just as much!

We currently have the furniture arranged as two bedrooms and two offices, but we are happy to move...
furniture around if needed!

This spacious 2,200 sq ft, 4 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom fully-furnished home has received so much love and intention from its owners who want you to love and enjoy it just as much as they do! It can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests, and up to 10 with the queen & twin aerobeds available.

Location:
Centrally located in a safe and friendly neighborhood that is equidistant from both Denver and Boulder, and just a 7-minute walk to the light-rail that goes straight into Denver.

This location offers the best of both worlds it is close enough to the city with easy transit while offering a sense peace and relaxation in the suburbs of Thornton, CO. Just over 1 hour from some of the best skiing and hiking in the country, this location is ideal for anyone looking to get into nature this winter.

Just a 10-minute walk away, you'll find Eastlake Reservoir, a nature preserve complete with a scenic trail around the lake, tennis courts, and two playgrounds for children, providing the perfect spot for outdoor activities and family fun.

In addition to the nature preserve, there are lots of walking/biking/running paths steps from home. If you'd like more adventure, it is just over an hour to Rocky Mountain National Park.

If you're not the outdoorsy type, embark on shopping sprees at the Denver Premium Outlets, or indulge in culinary delights at the renowned restaurants in Northglenn, Thornton, Broomfield, Westminster, Denver, or Boulder. In a central location like this, you'll never run out of things to do and explore.

Interior & Amenities:
Primary Bedroom: On the second floor, the spacious primary bedroom boasts tons of natural light (and black-out curtains) and an en-suite bathroom with a big bath, stand-alone shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2: Spacious bedroom with a plush area rug on the carpet, mini desk, and ample closet space.

Bedroom 3: Currently set up as an office with a big desk and twin day bed. Big room with lots of closet space! Can be rearranged if needed.

Bedroom 4: Currently set up as an office with a desk, full size futon, and a closet. Can be arranged into a bedroom if needed (we have two mattress toppers to make the futon very comfy).

Main level: The open-concept living space is perfect for relaxation or entertainment, with a comfortable living room that includes a brand-new giant, super-comfortable couch that is perfect for enjoying the gas fireplace, hosting, cozying up for a movie or book, and connecting with others. (please note: Christmas tree will not be here, just got it right before we took pictures )

The lounge includes a space for movement along with as well as ample exercise equipment including weights, bands, yoga mats, a walking treadmill, a mini trampoline, a pull up bar, and foam rollers. The lounge also has a floor couch and hammock with a soft fuzzy rug for ultra cozy vibes.

Kitchen: Enjoy cooking in the bright and airy kitchen that is furnished with a brand new fridge and stove, plenty of counter space, a pantry, cushioned floor pads, and is stocked with all the essentials (air fryer, juicer, pressure cooker, toaster oven, etc).

The entire house is tastefully furnished, offering a perfect blend of style and comfort throughout. With a 2-car garage as well as ample street parking, there's plenty of space for you and your guests.

Relax in the fully fenced-in south-facing backyard next to the fire pit, toss bean bags into the cornhole boards, or yoga on the sunny patio.

Finally, the home is filled with lots of plants! We can leave them for you to enjoy and we will provide a watering schedule, or we can also remove them if you don't want to water them.

We have two cats who aren't able to join us in Costa Rica. If you have a history of caring for cats and are interested in cat sitting and loving up on our furry friends, let's talk to see if it will be a good fit! If so, we would provide a rent reduction in exchange for cat care.

We will also be renting out our Subaru Outback while we are gone. Option to include this in your rental.

The monthly rental amount of $3,200 does not include utilities. Minimum lease dates are Jan 23rd-April 18th, with the option of leasing up to 12 months. No tobacco smoking. A 2-car garage is included and there is free street parking. Open to pets, let's discuss. Tenant is in charge of regular upkeep, which includes replacing the furnace filter once every 2 months and other items to be laid out in the contract.
