There are also 2 large owner's closets that are for your use. The standup washer and dryer is also on the 1st floor along with a large linen closet full of extra bedding, blankets and towels.
Stairs lead up to the 2nd floor, with a fully stocked kitchen with almost every kitchen tool that you will ever need. A beautiful dining set that seats 8 with amazing mountain views from the windows. The kitchen has a small bar for chatting with the chef and extra eating/drinking area. The living room is extremely spacious with vaulted ceilings, wood burning fireplace, pullout couch, an extra nook with a futon under the skylight with views of the mountains. There is also a sunroom with a very comfortable futon couch that looks out 4 huge picture windows. Perfect to drink your coffee on a sunny morning. The 3rd 1/2 bathroom is also on the 2nd floor.
Outside on the deck from the entry is the ski locker for your use along with a bbq grill and seating to enjoy a cocktail outside.
Our townhome is also located right next to running/biking trails and a very pretty path through the aspens to Wolf Park that has tennis/pickleball courts, basketball, play structure, picnic area, bbqs, bathrooms and huge green space for other sports.
We provide cable, internet, snow removal and water.
