Building is quiet. Tenants are neighborly. We all look out for each other’s packages. Building is kept clean and everyone tries to keep common areas clean.

I am new to the residence here and so far it has been pretty great a few small bumps but so far it has been a great experience. The girls in the office have been great and maintenance crew is very efficient
