More concerning is the lack of empathy and responsibility in handling emergency situations, which leaves residents feeling unheard and unsupported. It’s frustrating to see these issues go unresolved despite paying high rent, and I hope management improves responsiveness, accountability, and overall performance to create a better living experience for residents.

Everything is clean and well kept. Maintenance is very quick to respond to any problems I’ve had here. Also, actually do preventative maintenance upkeep, such as replacing air filters in heating/cooling air system. Neighbors are responsible and respectful of each other and our shared environment.

“I absolutely love living in this community! The management team is excellent—responsive, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure residents are happy. The amenities are good making life here both convenient and enjoyable. The neighborhood is incredibly safe .One of my favorite here is the clean and beautiful walking trail behind the community. It’s a wonderful place to call home, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-maintained, peaceful community.”

Town walk has been wonderful thus far! Lived here for over a year and just extended our lease. All maintenance requests are fulfilled within a week. The staff is so friendly and kind. Packages are easy to pick up at the mail room. Amenities are great!
