The community is nice, the amenities are great and I use the pool and gym all the time. The noise levels are much less compared to other apartments due to the carpets and even within the apartment I cannot hear from other rooms so having roommates is better. Maintenance is amazing and super responsive and helps with anything and everything. My only complaint is the price of rent for what you get appliance wise. I am in an older building and the appliances are outdated and near broken (some of... them actually broke) but maintenance replaced my washer with a brand new one immediately. After one year of living here I did really enjoy my stay and plan on renewing my lease (even though rent increased). Also the lofts are the way to go and make a HUGE difference on the size of the apartment.
