All I can say right now, so far so good. No complaints. Staff has been great. Quiet when you want it to be. I am a satisfied renter right now. Looking forward to the warmer weather.

The building has a nice view. It is very quiet with friendly neighbors all around you and it has a lot of restaurants with good different options to choose from.

Need to update amenities. Need more than 2 working washer machines. Need a better kitchen very small. I have hotel rug in my bedroom from when the apartment was previously a hotel.

The apartment is nice. I don’t like the mildew in the bathroom and one of outlet’s doesn’t work.
Also the property manager towed my car less than a month living there for parking on the side of the building. However I wasn’t informed that I couldn’t park there. I wish I got a warning letter.
