2. We will be in touch with you after receiving your application. If we believe you are a good match for the apartment, you will receive a communication to set up an in-person showing. In-person showings will NOT occur until the initial pre-qualification application is accepted to move forward.

3. If all parties agree to move forward, you will complete a final credit & background check. The cost is $30 per adult.
