Poor construction quality and charge too much when move out
The construction is too bad, unbelievable! You hear every step from upstairs and every talk from downstairs. The rent is not comparable with the quality. When you move out, good luck with your security deposit back. They charged several hundred dollars for cleaning fee even though you had made it as clean as when you moved in. So stay away.

Poorly Managed
Thoroughly unimpressed with management. For the price of a "luxury rental" they go over the top on amenities, but fail to have enough leasing agents or maintenance staff to address concerns when they come up. Want something fixed? There's only a handful of guys trying to help everyone in all 5 buildings. Need to schedule something with the office? Good luck getting a response. They are overbooked already. Want to move out? Good luck with the logistics, or getting your security deposit back in... the legally required timeframe. The apartments themselves are pretty nice, but they were built too fast and the appliances are cheap and loud.
