Stay Away

The Beacon is the absolute worst. From entering our apartment without permission, to overcharging us, and to the police being here regularly stay away if you want to keep your sanity.

I've recently moved into Ten Willard Apartments, and so far, I'm happy with my decision. The leasing process was smooth, thanks to the helpful staff, and the apartment is clean and well-maintained. While the space isn't as large as I initially hoped, it’s functional and cozy. The community is quiet, and the location is convenient, with easy access to shopping and public transportation.

The amenities are a nice bonus, and the maintenance team is quick to respond to any requests. Overall, it has... been a positive experience so far!
