Great place to live! The gym is state of the art and cafe access makes it great for when you don’t want to go out for food. New appliances all work great and hot water lasts a while!

Quiet and peaceful building so far. Parking is a huge plus! I'm eagerly waiting for the deli to open back up and see what new choices become available for a quick bite. Also very much looking forward to new amenities being added. Allegedly will be adding a pool and a community room. I hope they include a pool table.

"These apartments are fantastic! They are new, clean, and very comfortable. Management is incredibly responsive and flexible, which makes living here stress-free. The community is pet-friendly, and the neighbors are so nice. Highly recommend!"

The apartment space is great, and the leasing office staff is extremely friendly. However, living on the third floor can be a pain if you desire to travel throughout the complex, and the neighbors are all older people.
