Quiet. Clean. Leasing agents are assessable. Good community communication. As with everything it is not without faults but overall a nice community.

The unit is brand new, very clean. The move-in experience is very pleasant, Ashley is very helpful with moving in instructions, and responses my emails very quickly! The loading dock has free carts for residents to borrow, which is great. However, the walls are very thin and not soundproof at all.

I recently had the pleasure of living at The Summit, and I can honestly say it has been a fantastic experience. From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed into a vibrant community. The residents are friendly and inclusive, making it easy to make new friends and build connections.

The staff at The Summit truly set it apart. They are attentive, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to address any concerns or needs. Whether it’s a maintenance request or a question about community... events, they are quick to respond and ensure everything runs smoothly.

The location is another major advantage. Nestled in a convenient area, it offers easy access to shopping, dining, and outdoor activities. Plus, the proximity to public transportation makes commuting a breeze. I enjoy being able to take a quick stroll to local parks and enjoy nature while still being close to the heart of the city.

So far so good, we really love the amenities. There are certainly a few things to get used too and you can tell they are still working out the kinks due to the newness of the community and apartments. The animal friendly aspect has been great so far and management is very responsive.

Very clean and modern, apartment has up to date appliances and features, the leasing staff and other staff are very friendly and helpful. The whole complex does feel like a small community.
