NV
The Harbor Point area in general is hands down the best apartment living in CT. I've lived everywhere in this state - it beats anything in the New London, Hartford, and New Haven areas in terms of quality of living space, amenities, walkability, things to do for people young or old, etc. Other apartments in CT for this price don't even have half the services and perks this community has. Compared to NYC, the price per square foot is a whopping difference, often resulting in double the square... feet for the same price, plus amenities, more walkability, etc. Plus, NYC is 45 mins away; I go nearly every weekend.
NV specifically is on the lower price point compared to other apartments in the Harbor Point area, but with virtually the same amenities - you just aren't paying to be directly on the water. That being said, the harbor life is still attainable with NV being right next to all the point has to offer. We are a minute walk away from the park, 4 or 5 restaurants and coffee shops, etc., and it seems like this area grows every day with more people and things to do. There are so many people with dogs enjoying, talking, walking, and I see random people chatting and meeting constantly - not something you get in apartment complexes throughout CT or even NYC.
This is the place to create a life before getting a house. Highly recommend.
