Lovely building but has issues

The building management tries hard, the staff is doing their best during a pandemic, and the amenities are nice even by neighborhood standards. However, the community itself is struggling with issues including crime and noise, and there are other buildings in the area that do not have these problems. I would recommend looking at those alternatives.

Very loud Construction, no remedies.

As an earlier review commented, They work 6 days a week, starting 7 am. The project will last through 2022. Management does nothing to help residents deal with this. Your sleep and daily life will be negatively impacted by living here. When we toured it was after 5pm and Ashley did not mention that you would hear construction noise in the apartment. I naively thought the double pane glass would keep the noise out. Even my roommate who is on the interior side of the apartment can hear the noise... at times. If prices go up when it's time to renew I will be moving out. Nice building and amenities but not worth it for the price and noise level.

Very Loud Construction, Apathetic Management

There is a very loud construction site directly next to the building. They work 6 days a week, starting 7 am. The project will last through 2022. Management does nothing to help residents deal with this. Your sleep and daily life will be negatively impacted living here. Amenity fee not refunded despite amenities closed. Price gouges on renewals. Live in a different high rise luxury building in NoMa and do not deal with these issues.
