The refrigerator comes with a built-in water dispenser, making it perfect for filling up your water bottle before going on a walk to Union Market. The open kitchen is in the same space as the dining room tables and tastefully styled living room, which has a TV equipped with streaming services and Sling. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed that can comfortably sleep two adults. You'll be able to store your clothes in the chest of drawers and pick out the perfect outfits in the full-length mirrors. Two of the bedrooms have access to a gorgeous balcony where you can experience suburban-city living. You'll love the double sinks that have been updated with sleek faucets, lights, drawers, and mirror. The shower is lined with tile and equipped with signature Lather products. Enjoy sunrise to sunset on the rooftop patio where a table with an umbrella can comfortably seat six.
This home allows pets for a one-time $450 fee per pet. We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke, we will terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including a $500 smoking fee. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering, or parties, a representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. All buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas, including all entries to the building. If plumbing issues are caused by flushing or disposing of prohibited items, charges may apply. There may be times when the home needs unexpected or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay, sometimes this cannot be avoided, and we reserve the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing 24-hour written notice.
