Terms are typically 12 months, then month to month with 60 days notice to vacate.? But I can be flexible depending on the circumstances.? You can break your lease at any time if you find a suitable replacement.

There is an application (no fee), and then if you pass muster (basically, if you can prove you can afford the place), all it takes is a basic lease, the first month's rent, and 1 month security deposit to move in (please don't ask to pay the deposit later.? Yes, I am happy to consider 'sight-unseen' renters who need a place before they get here—so long as you realize the risk you take in renting a place before you see it.? This is a privately owned house, and the owner lives in the area and manages it himself (along with a few other places he has in the neighborhood) with the help of a handyman that takes care of the maintenance or any issues.?
