The apartment offers contactless, seamless, and easy self-check-in. You’ll receive your check-in information 48 hours prior to your arrival, and a unique check-in code will be sent to you 8 hours before your arrival. Smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of the building or within fifty feet of the building, including outdoor spaces. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if the odor of smoke is reported. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay.
