Parking is available on the street in the neighborhood around the building, and assistance with applying for a parking permit is available.
This home offers contactless, seamless, and easy self-check-in. Check-in information is provided 48 hours prior to arrival, with a unique check-in code sent 8 hours before arrival. Keys to the mailbox are provided, and failure to return them upon check-out will result in a $100 fee. Smoking of any kind is prohibited within the interior of the building and within fifty feet of the building, with a $500 fee for violations. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and noise monitoring devices are in place. Excessive noise or gatherings will result in termination of the reservation without refund. The building is equipped with exterior cameras recording common areas and entries. Shared app or coin-operated laundry is available on each floor. Cooking grease, food, coffee grinds, feminine products, baby wipes, dental floss, Q-tips, diapers, pills, paper towels, and coffee grounds should not be flushed or disposed of improperly, as plumbing issues may result in charges. The property may require unexpected or scheduled maintenance, with 24-hour notice provided.
