The apartment offers contactless, seamless, and easy self check-in. Check-in information is provided 48 hours prior to arrival, and a unique check-in code is sent 8 hours before arrival. Keys to the mailbox are provided, and a $100 fee is assessed if keys are not returned upon check-out. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere in the interior of the building or within fifty feet of the building, including outdoor spaces. A $500 smoking fee is charged for violations. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending the stay. Noise monitoring devices are installed, and exterior cameras record common areas. Shared app or coin-operated laundry is available on each floor. Cooking grease, food, coffee grinds, feminine products, baby wipes, dental floss, Q-tips, diapers, pills, paper towels, and coffee grounds should not be flushed or put down drains.
