DO NOT LIVE HERE

I have lived in this apartment for the last year and it’s getting worst day by day.

There are large rats, mice and roaches in both buildings and crawl in to the apartments. The parking garage smells like a sewer and the garage door is broken for months. Fire alarms go off in the middle of the night for no reason, at this point most tenants do not evacuate the building since it happens so often.

The building is not secure as doors are broken on a weekly basis. Elevators are old, dirty and often...
broken.

Not a “luxury” apartment

This apartment fails to satisfy the bare minimum of “luxury” even when looking at it with standards 10 yrs ago, dirty, rancid and falling apart everywhere. Advertises itself as smoke free but can constantly smell weed and cigarette through the door and the air conditioning, elevators took ages to arrive and smelled like a wild weed party. Constant dog barking and random persons yelling obscenities in the hallways. Leasing office employees seem like nice people but don’t expect them to actually... resolve anything. Incidents of stealing everywhere in the building.
Every night I come home and would be scared to open my door in case someone broke the useless lock and was inside my unit. Lived here for only two months and already planning to move once the lease ends, hopefully I’ll be alive to do this.
A reminder to myself not to take any advice from persons that probably do not genuinely want to help me, I’ve made a fool of myself renting from this place based on such advice.

Lost packages all the time, Staff does bare minimum

I have been here for a year and I think this place is average and normal like all buildings here EXCEPT:

Firstly, the package notification system is far from satisfactory. Inaccuracies in the delivery dates are frequently noted, conflicting with external courier services' delivery confirmations such as UPS. Moreover, when multiple packages arrive for the same apartment, only one is typically scanned and notified, leaving other packages unaccounted for. Regrettably, instances of missing packages...
later found after repeated inquiries have become commonplace, disrupting residents' peace of mind and trust in the system.

Secondly, the lack of robust security measures in the mail room amplifies these issues. Residents are casually directed to retrieve their packages from the unsupervised mail room, without any check or verification. Not only does this imply that residents could potentially leave with unclaimed packages, but the absence of a mandatory sign-off procedure further exacerbates the issue.

This flawed system has led to numerous reports of stolen packages, stirring significant discontent among residents. If this issue remains unaddressed, legal actions may become an unavoidable consequence.

Considering the efficiency and professionalism observed in other building operations, it's baffling to experience such negligence in package management. The building staff team is ample in number, ruling out the excuse of inadequate personnel.

I am committed to bringing this issue to the attention of every relevant contact within the equity company until it is effectively resolved. This problem has already resulted in personal loss for me, along with many other residents, and it's crucial that this issue is expedited and rectified at the earliest to preserve the integrity of the building's management.

Poor Management

I have been here one month and this property has so many issues that my apartment was not in a clean, habitable condition on day one. I arrived at 10 am and couldn't move un until after 8pm at night because the floors were so bad they had to clean and seal them that day. It took 3 weeks to complete basic repairs and deep cleaning for the rest of the apartment. My drinking water had black sediment coming out of it, even after maintenance said they replaced the filter the A/C has gone out 4 times... in the short month I have been here, and laundry machines are frequently out of order. These are not luxury apartments by any stretch of the imagination and the resident portal is full of unresolved maintenance and health and safety concerns. Management is not responsive to urgent concerns.

AVOID THIS PLACE!

This place has gone way downhill over the last 2 years and it's simply horrible now. Maintenance is a joke and you will regularly lose Heat and A/C. The no-smoking policy is not enforced and many hallways reek of cigarette. Security is a total joke. They won't allow most deliveries to door but allow any random strangers in to roam the hallways. The front desk staff is very rude and people frequently lose packages that were delivered and signed for. Expect laundry machines to be broken for... weeks/months at a time, and very bad smells in stairwells.
