Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere in the interior of the building or within fifty feet of the building, including outdoor spaces. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if violated. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay.
