AVA H Street Apartments

Staff are no where to be found which makes the whole place a free for all. Exit door had the handle ripped off and it wasn’t fixed so anyone could come and go without a key. Whole place smells like wet garbage and nothing in the gym works. Breaking my lease and moving out of this disgusting place.

AVA H St. is phenomenal. The staff is great and the location are the best. It's really hard to say what would be my favorite part about this apartment, but i'd say the community. Everybody is very nice and respectful, but also know how to have a lot of fun. You can probably find me people pre-gaming in the courtyard for a night of fun while grilling and mingling with friends. AVA is a great choice for renters on a budget. Ava H doesn't have comprehensive amenities, but the management is great. Can get loud whether you live above the courtyard or above the adjacent streets. Great if you don't mind noise and/or have a dog.
