Where do I start?? Maybe the part where I talk about the building's beautiful rooftop views, ample living space, and great proximity to the grocery store and Red Line Metro, everything you could ever need is with a 10 mile radius if not walking distance. We are also less than a mile from Tenleytown and National Zoo which offers even more stores and restaurants.

I love living at the Clarence House. The main things for me are price, safety and cleanliness, all of which you get here. My rent goes up a little every year, but only about $20 or so. I've never lived anywhere else where increases were so affordable. The building is rent controlled.Management keeps the building clean and anytime I have an issue (ants once, a small leak another time), they are friendly and respond quickly. The neighborhood is safe and convenient and the neighbors I've talked to... are interesting and nice. Seems like there are a lot of French people here, which I'll like because i get to pracice speaking French!
