The building is always clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. The maintenance team is very responsive and fast. I have enjoyed living here.

In my personal experience as a resident, F1RST Residences under JBG Smith has been a disgrace to tenant safety and decency. This building is a haven for danger—harassment, knife altercations, and zero security accountability plague the property. Management has repeatedly ignored urgent safety concerns, left the front desk unmanned during emergencies, and refused to take responsibility for their failures. They blatantly violate tenant rights, leaving residents to fend for themselves in an... unlivable, unsafe environment. Their negligence is not just unprofessional—I have felt endangered. Don’t just avoid this property; I urge you to warn others. JBG Smith’s reckless disregard for tenant welfare is infuriating and should not be tolerated by anyone.

The apartment community is awesome! Great management, concierge service and maintenance team.
They’ve installed brand new amenities on the rooftop and are transparent about all movements in the apartments. The community is great also
