Rude Staff!!!!
I called yesterday 9/10 and spoke with a representative which was a lady. She informed me that they had two units becoming available in Oct along with a lot of other information about the property. When I called back another lady answered the phone was very unprofessional, lack customer service skills, wasn’t welcoming and was very discouraging and told me no units were able. I was lost. I informed her that I previously spoke to someone and they stated otherwise. She still was very rude and what... she was saying didn’t make sense. I disconnected the call. I just want to inform people that after reading these comments clearly states the management sucks and lacks communication. I haven’t even moved it yet and got a clear vibe on how they operate. So sad because I was really interested!
