Outstanding Property + Staff

I have lived at Modera for half a year, and have no complaints. Thank you to the ladies in the leasing office (Ashley + Katrina) that helped make my move from the west coast incredibly smooth. The property is modern, spotless, and centrally located. A special shout out to Donjaye who properly maintains the building! He is incredibly attentive, friendly, and hardworking. The staff and residents alike have a way of making you feel welcome. I enjoy the environment and am definitely hoping to extend... my lease!
