Solstice Apartment Rental Staff sucks
For the under a year that I've been living at 3534 East Capitol Street, NE, I've come to learn that Property Management is all about words but not action. You call them about an issue and they'll get to you almost a month later. Solstice Apartment Staff cares about their tenants just as a $$.

The Solstice building is by far the most beautiful and secure in the neighborhood. The leasing staff is amazing and the parking garage is lit with motion sensor lighting!

the Solstice so far has been great. Besidesa a couple issues mentioned, it's a great building to live in. The outside grounds are always clean; as well as the hallways. The residents and children are nice and the peacefulness and quietness is GREAT.

Probably the worst apt I have lived in. My apartment is great but cheaply made. Looks like luxury but everything seems to fall apart. There are only cameras on main floor so anything that occurs ( residents stealing mail packages) cannot be tracked. Trash chutes are broken. And parking is HORRIBLE. Door locks get jammed and you are responisble for lockouts after hours. Only one key fob per lease holder.
