Awful Management

My biggest issue with this property is management and the lack of clear, consistent, and accurate communication. Information frequently seems unclear or changes depending on who you speak with, and emails are not responded to promptly. This makes even relatively simple issues unnecessarily stressful for residents because you are left without reliable answers or timelines.

I also encountered mice in the building on more than one occasion during the winter, which was concerning.
No peace of mind… living at this building. Be prepared for many sleepless nights.

After living here for almost a year now, I can honestly say that this has been the best apartment experience I have ever had. I love this place! The location is great, the amenities are excellent, it is clean and quiet, and every single person is incredibly friendly and helpful. Now that I have been here about six months, I can say that the staff is really pleasant and kind, and getting anything repaired is quick and easy. Especially appreciate the staff. The place is cleaned beautifully, the gym is awesome.
