Nice, Quiet, Well Kept Mid-High End Building

Most of the units in the building are owned, with very few rentals, so it really depends on how much effort each individual owner puts into their unit. In my case, I had a 5th floor corner unit, great big windows, lots of light. Heating & A/C system is a bit dated. Only 2 combined heat / ac units for the living room and bedroom, so you need a fan to amplify the living room AC. All utilities were included in my rent (less cable) including a parking space for 2,285 (975 SQ FT unit). Very dog... friendly building, well maintained throughout the year. D2 bus stop to DuPont across the street, 10 minute walk to Whole Foods, etc. No real building amenities to speak of (except for a depressing "party room" on the ground floor with too much red tape to be worth reserving. . Never had an issue with packages or mail going missing though. Comcast only for Internet, but service has been reliable.

Great 2BR for a new addition to our family!!

This condo is going to be the first home for our new baby due to 3 months! We have never had a 2BR place and we are totally excited to decorate our nursery!! Carpet bedrooms with beautiful hardwood throughout the rest of the condo. Great quiet neighborhood in Northwest D.C. close to parks, great walking trails, elementary school 2 blocks away!! We couldn't be happier!
