I NL, have been a resident at the Cloisters Apartments for a year and recently renewed my lease for another year. The amenities and surroundings are excellent—perfect for both students and families. The leasing office staff are always supportive and approachable. In particular, Michael has been exceptionally helpful; he goes out of his way to assist in every possible manner, making the living experience here even more enjoyable.

I have been living at The Cloisters for just over five years, and my experience has been wonderful. I truly love this place! However , I plan on leaving this property because I’m ready to purchase a house and own property. The apartments are very spacious, and the community is quiet, peaceful, and secluded—ideal for anyone seeking a serene living environment. Maintenance has always been responsive; they typically address any issues within a day. This is a really good place if you're finding a place to stay in dc, especially as a college student in my experience. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of apartment we got.
