Home decor is neutral colors (beige, black, grey, gold, silver white) with all new glam LED lighting, comfy couches and cozy feel. Rent includes ALL utilities: electric, heat, water/sewer, trash/recycling, high speed verizon WiFi throughout home, and living room has Smart TV with basic channels & streaming services. Home also has ring outdoor camera.
I have plenty of games for game night with friends, have a fire pit, and wood burning fireplace for when you want to have a cozy night in with a few friends. I also have 2 refrigerators so fridge space isn't an issue.

Full use of the entire home's common areas - including the living room, kitchen, dining area & powder room, as well as washer/dryer, located in basement, plus iron & ironing board. Just off the living room is a patio with plenty of outdoor furniture, grill, firepit, and adorned with outdoor lighting. Additional storage space could be possible, but limited so we'll need to first discuss what you'll be storing as well as how much space you need.
The bedroom comes with a twin size daybed with storage, closet, dresser, side table, tv stand and a wall mounted 42-inch smart TV.
Pillows, bedding & towels are provided (but you're welcome to bring your own - twin size will fit the bed). Bedroom & entire home is move-in ready for you...just bring your own clothing, toiletries, food and any personal items.

Shared bathroom is right across the hall and has a bathtub for those long days. I also provide a bathtub tray table for when you want to take a glass of wine, candles, and yummy treats with you for a more relaxed experience.
