I love it here. 100% recommend

As a resident, I can confidently say that living here has been a fantastic experience. From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the attention to detail in both the apartment interiors and the entire complex. It's very clean and well-maintained; all the different spaces smell great and are kept in excellent condition. There’s really nothing to complain about.

I love how close it is to the Riverfront—it's easy to get to and within walking distance. We have a Golden Retriever, and the... complex is very pet-friendly with a grassy area and a little dog park. Because it’s so close to the Riverfront, it’s incredibly convenient to take our dog on walks by the water.

The management team is also amazing and incredibly friendly, always approachable and responsive to any questions or concerns I might have.

Luxor-y Living!

It truly feels like a luxury lifestyle apartment! Everything is modern, new and up to date. Any problems (if at all) get resolved quickly and kindly! Maintenance is always around keeping the grounds clean. Very dog friendly! Sarah and Tim host a few events a month to gather and socialize with other residents. My favorite feature is the quick walk over to the riverfront! I’ve always wanted to live by a riverfront and this definitely satisfies that, without the crowds and chaos of living right on... the river.

Best option near Wilmington area 2024-2025 for sure


I absolutely love living at Luxor Apartments. From the moment I moved in, I felt a sense of comfort and quality that’s hard to find elsewhere. The design is modern, elegant, and thoughtfully crafted—not just for looks but for real everyday convenience.

The amenities are top-notch: the fitness center, shared spaces, and even small details like secure package delivery and smart access make a big difference. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and designed to create a peaceful living experience... .
