I read the prior reviews. I gotta think the bad reviews came from the previous people in the office. The new group's been here about a year...a hurricane of fresh air and ingratiating personalities.
Maintenance has been on the spot. Had a backup in the kitchen sink requiring outside company. It was over the weekend and I figured it would be more moola. I could have waited but mgt said, "Cannot have you in this situation".
We all know the location is dynamite.
Use the gym every other day.

Great apartments

I have been living here for 3 years. Front office has always been helpful. Amenities are excellent and well maintained. Maintenance is awesome! They are very prompt and knowledgeable and things get repaired quickly. I would definitely recommend this complex.

Move-in Experience

I recently moved into my new apartment, and the experience has been fantastic. The property is well-maintained, clean, and offers all the amenities I was looking for.

A special shout-out to Jeanie and Jennifer, who were extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. They made the transition smooth and were always available to answer any questions I had. Their professionalism and friendliness truly made a difference.

I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a… great place to live!

STAY FAR AWAY!!

Long story short... Stay far away! Do not listen to anything they say as you will be lied to the entire time. Drove about 1 hour away and when we got there they said they didn't have any apartments available, even though we spoke to them on the phone the night before and they said there was availability. Please don't waste your time and go elsewhere!

Pool is supposed to be heated and it was newly open last year. It was never fixed and it's been a year
