It's a nice, quiet neighborhood. Apartments are more affordable than the surrounding area. But they are also old. Very, very old and it shows. Maintenance, nice as they are, are slow to respond to requests, sometimes even marking down they completed your work request without having done so. The apartment I stayed in had a major air leak around the seal of the door that was never fully fixed. My energy bills were the highest I've ever had at any apartment complex. I was still billed for a washer... and dryer a previous tenant had installed in their apartment even after I had it removed after 4 months of waiting and multiple trips to the office to ask for its removal. It's a mixed bag. Neighbors are friendly enough, and I have 0 noise complaints.

Tl;Dr The apartments are nicer interior wise and more affordable than surrounding areas. But the buildings often have severe wear and tear and you may run into energy problems if your window or door seals are extremely old, worn, or warped. Maintenance can be very slow to respond to work orders and sometimes don't even do them before marking them completed. Lee mas

Just read the reviews. This apartment complex isn’t the best. No one answers the phone, maintenance barely completes orders. Just move elsewhere and save yourself the trouble.

They only care about you when you are applying and trying to get you to move in. If KaMiyah answers the phone, you might as well hang up. She never knows what’s going on. She is uninformed. She is of little help. If you ask her anything, she will tell you to speak with upper management but upper management is out of the office. Terrible office staff. They will constantly call you and email you while you’re applying, but once you move in, they won’t be of any assistance.

I moved in February 22. My washer -that I rent from the leasing office- did not work. I called the leasing office, submitted an online maintenance request, sent emails, and left voicemails. Finally, after two weeks, maintenance came by, and confirmed they would have to order a new washer/dryer which would be delivered within three days. It’s been two more weeks since then, and it still has not been fixed. I’ve left voicemails. I went by the leasing office and KaMiyah was unaware of the status.... She never seems to know what’s going on. She never answers or returns call. She is not much help. The property manager is never in or if you stop by leasing office, there’s usually a sign on the door saying they are out of the office. I never received my mailbox keys when I moved in. I’ve called multiple times about that and was told they would have to cut another key. I Still have not received the keys either. This place will be in constant communication while they are trying to get you to move in, and once you do, you are on your own. Lee mas

Poor communication but only after they get your deposit. False promises.
Poor customer service …train your leasing agent she doesn’t seem to have any knowledge. It’s always “ upper management “ has to approve this and find you a unit…. Just assuming she needed to buy time knowing they didn’t have what they promised. Don’t waste your time. Make sure the unit is ready before you apply and save your money. They care about getting applications not the people living there.
