Brentwood Landing Apartamentos

Very unprofessional! The manager in the front actually had her assistant bring the keys and quit the day I was filling out my application. I went all over town to get everything she needed and still didn’t get the apartment. She had me thinking I was about to move in then she stopped responding to phone calls stating she had been so busy. I even emailed corporate and that’s the only reason she returned my call,awful! I returned to get all of my paperwork with important information on it and let... her keep the little application fee. Terrible communication!!! Lee mas

The most ridiculous application process ever! I went in one week to complete my application, the lady that helped was helpful but she lied to me. She told me I would hear from her the next day or Monday. I never heard from her! I called and even went to the office. I called the corporate office and still nothing. At the point I’m worried that my information was compromised. I might even go the extra step to protect my identity at this point. I’m smh head on this! Wasted time, money and energy.... Save yourself and don’t bother with this apartment complex. Lee mas

This property is poor! Do not waste your time or hard earned money to be treated without dignity! The management staff is rude and inconsiderate and The Gateway Companies overall are one in the same. They do not handle any business in a professional manner.
